I studied Natural Sciences in Trinity College Dublin from 2009-2013 specializing in Plant Sciences where I worked with Dr Daniel Kelly.
I then undertook a masters in Plant Biology and Biotechnology from 2014-2015 in University College Dublin where I worked with Dr Rainer Melzer cloning sgRNAs for CRISPR into vectors for subsequent plant transformations.
From 2015-present I’m working on the developmental robustness of Arabidopsis thaliana floral development using mutation accumulation lines and a candidate gene approach.
